Fire, Police, and Citicare Health Benefits Funds

Motion authorizing a three-year service agreement with Next Level Urgent Care through the Choice Partners Cooperative to provide primary, urgent, and preventive care services for City employees, at a cost up to $5,700,000 over the term. FY 2027 funding of $1,772,664 would come from the Fire, Police, and Citicare Health Benefits Funds, subject to future budget approval.
