Holly Train Trestle to Tourism Trail

The Holly Train Trestle to Tourism Trail is a City of Corpus Christi project to build an ADA-accessible shared-use path and pedestrian bridge across Oso Bay, reusing pilings from an abandoned railroad trestle. It is intended to connect the Flour Bluff area and Flour Bluff Drive with existing hike-and-bike trails near Holly Road and the Oso Bay Wetlands Preserve. The project has been funded through a combination of Texas Department of Transportation funding and city funds approved by the City Council, and it appears in city proceedings under parks, transportation, and development topics.
