#12Ordinance authorizing an amended $1,000,000 Affordable Housing Project Loan Agreement between the Corpus Christi B Corporation and Corpus Christi Huntwick Avenue LP for the Palo Verde Senior Apartments, a 75-unit affordable senior housing development at 5501 Huntwick Avenue, and appropriating the funds from the Type B Affordable Housing Fund with a corresponding FY 2026 budget amendment.

#16Ordinance authorizing a Water Arterial Transmission & Grid Main Construction and Reimbursement Agreement of up to $62,040.00 with MPM Development, LP to construct infrastructure for the King's Landing Unit 13 subdivision, with future transfer and appropriation of Water and Wastewater Trust Fund revenue to reimburse the developer.

#22Council members request discussion and possible action on the Type B Corporation Business Incentive Agreement with Next Sports Company, LLC, covering related operational issues, utilities access, and the filing of criminal charges, with direction to be provided to City Staff.

#23Council Members requested a comprehensive report from Animal Care Services on operations, staffing, intake/outcome data, and current challenges, along with an update on the hiring timeline for the Animal Care Services Director position and leadership continuity during the transition.

#24Council members request discussion and possible action to adopt a zero-tolerance policy banning euthanization of healthy or treatable animals at Animal Care Services for space or capacity reasons, with mandatory reporting and oversight to ensure compliance.
