#9Motion to approve Change Order No. 4 with CSA Construction, Inc. for the Oso Water Reclamation Plant Process Upgrade and Breakpoint Chlorination Facility Decommissioning project, increasing the contract by $3,521,988.44 to a new total not-to-exceed of $113,412,188.44, covering building reconstruction, tank modifications, and underground work allowance.
