The city authorizes acquisition of approximately 0.1606 acres at 3205 Pearl Avenue from Jorge Molina for $65,000, plus closing costs up to $5,000, to be dedicated as parkland and added to Marine Creek Linear Park, with an appropriation ordinance and amendment to the FY2026-2030 Capital Improvement Program.
