Marine Creek Linear Park

Authorizes the purchase of approximately 0.1606 acres at 3205 Pearl Avenue from Jorge Molina for $65,000 plus up to $5,000 in closing costs, to be dedicated as parkland and added to Marine Creek Linear Park, with an appropriation ordinance and amendment to the Fiscal Years 2026–2030 Capital Improvement Program.
