Fort Worth announced it will build a new 20,000–30,000 sq ft downtown library at a yet-to-be-determined site and repurpose the recently purchased 512 W. Fourth St. building as a community arts incubator, with a working group chaired by Bob Jameson appointed to develop recommendations.
