The Fort Worth Fire Department graduated its historic 100th Fire Recruit Class and its first-ever standalone EMS Recruit Class on June 12, swearing in 42 firefighters and 36 EMS professionals. The dual graduation marks the first single-role EMS class in FWFD's 155-year history, following the integration of MedStar into the department.
