City Council is asked to rescind Resolution No. 6229-01-2026, repeal Appropriation Ordinance No. 28214-01-2026, adopt a new resolution authorizing a $1,437,777.00 Advance Funding Agreement with TxDOT (with $154,468.00 local participation) for intersection improvements at Business 287 (Mansfield Highway) and Wichita Street, adopt an appropriation ordinance for up to $216,986.00 in the Grants Capital Project State Fund, and amend the FY2026-2030 Capital Improvement Program.
