Authorizes an Interlocal Agreement with Tarrant County Precinct 4 for full-depth reclamation and asphalt overlay of Silver Creek Road from Heron Drive to the City limits and North Las Vegas Trail from North Jim Wright Freeway to Heron Drive, covering approximately 3.03 lane miles. Tarrant County provides labor and equipment while the City pays $1,172,700.00 for materials and incidentals plus traffic control.
