Polytechnic Heights is a neighborhood on the southeast side of Fort Worth, Texas, commonly associated with Texas Wesleyan University, which grew from the college founded on land in the area in the late nineteenth century. Once an independent incorporated town with its own commercial district and an interurban rail stop, it was annexed into Fort Worth in the early twentieth century. Rosedale Street serves as the neighborhood's principal roadway, and its older commercial corridor is the focus of a City of Fort Worth Main Street revitalization district.
