Amends Resolution No. 6225-12-2025 to authorize condemnation by eminent domain of an approximately 17,814 square foot permanent water facility easement and three temporary construction easements at 12259 Business Highway 287 North, owned by Steven and Gwyneth Tidwell, for the Northside IV 24-Inch Water Transmission Main, Phase 1C project. The amendment corrects a survey exhibit that had incorrectly identified the acquisition area for Parcel 7.
