Central Laboratory Expansion at Rolling Hills Water Treatment Plant

Authorizes a professional services agreement with Gresham Smith in an amount up to $425,000.00 for requirements assessment and preliminary design of Phase 1 of the Central Laboratory Expansion at Rolling Hills Water Treatment Plant. Also adopts an appropriation ordinance increasing the Water & Sewer Capital Projects Fund by $455,000.00 from PayGo funds for the project (City Project No. 106543).
