Sidewalks programmable project

Authorizes two public highway at-grade crossing improvement agreements with Fort Worth & Western Railroad Company for railroad sidewalk crossing improvements at East Berry Street ($250,000.00) and East Seminary Drive ($200,000.00), adopts an appropriation ordinance moving $450,000.00 within the 2022 Bond Program Fund from the Sidewalks programmable project to the East Berry St & East Seminary Dr Sidewalk project, and amends the FY2026-2030 Capital Improvement Program.
