Have you encountered issues with street conditions, park maintenance or any City service? Just text 817311, and you’ll receive award-winning customer service from the City’s 311 Fort Worth Contact Center!

The Customer Care team helps with non-emergency services such as Animal Care & Control, Code Enforcement, Environmental, Forestry, Graffiti, Parking, Public Property Mowing, Solid Waste, Stormwater, Streets, Traffic and inquiries to the City Manager’s Office

Once you see an issue, simply type in what you see, like a streetlight that is not working or park equipment in disrepair. The text message will create a service request in MyFW for one of the City’s departments to fix it. When the request is closed, you will receive a text telling you what was done to complete the request.

The City’s Customer Care Division provides award-winning customer service and is on the cutting edge of the digital transformation of service offerings, delivering a seamless and personalized experience.

Customer Care is made up of two specialized units: the 311 Fort Worth Contact Center and My Fort Worth (MyFW) Services. The division integrates multiple channels of communication with interaction to provide a superior level of care.
