The MyFW App is just one channel residents can use. These reporting services offer a seamless and personalized experience for everyone.
Customer Care is made up of two specialized units: the 311 Fort Worth Contact Center and My Fort Worth (MyFW) Services, integrating multiple channels of communication with interaction to provide a superior level of care.
Customer Care helps with non-emergency services such as Animal Care & Control, Code Enforcement, Environmental, Forestry, Graffiti, Parking, Public Property Mowing, Solid Waste, Stormwater, Streets, Traffic and general inquiries for the City Manager’s Office. MyFW provides online or mobile request options, making it easy to report an issue or concern right when you see it.
