Foundation Communities

Authorizes negotiation and execution of a loan agreement of up to $7,920,000 with Foundation Communities, Inc. for Jordan II, a multifamily rental development at 2701 1/2 Philomena Street. Funding comes from the Austin Housing Finance Corporation's FY 2026-27 Capital Budget using 2022 General Obligation Bonds.
