Downtown Density Bonus 400 (DDB400)

Staff briefing on proposed Land Development Code (Title 25) amendments that would repeal the current Downtown Density Bonus Program and Rainey Street Subdistrict regulations and create new DDB400 and DDB850 combining districts.
