South Bay Extension

Approve an ordinance amending Ordinance No. 020801-15 (the Circle C Save Our Springs settlement) to authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute an amendment applying to approximately 246.389 acres near South Mopac Expressway and SH 45 (Tract 110), increasing residential and multifamily development density, modifying development and parkland regulations, and changing traffic control and access requirements including removing the requirement to build the South Bay Extension. The land is within the Barton Springs Zone and the item has no fiscal impact.
