#3Amendment #20 to the Pioneer Crossing PUD at 3124 East Parmer Lane to change a condition of zoning. Staff recommends approval with conditions.

#4Conditional Use Permit request to allow a Large Retail ("Big Box") land use for the Living Spaces South Austin site at 11100 South IH 35 Service Road SB. Staff recommends approval.

#5Environmental variance request to allow more than 25 cubic yards of dredging in Lake Austin for the Channel Rd. Lagoon at 4824 Laguna Lane. Staff recommends approval with conditions.

#6Update from the Codes and Ordinances Joint Committee on recommendations to the Planning Commission regarding Land Development Code amendments and requests to initiate amendments.

#7Update from the Comprehensive Plan Joint Committee on recommendations to the Planning Commission about comprehensive plan amendments and implementation.

#8Update from the Small Area Planning Joint Committee on planning and zoning issues in downtown, corridors, neighborhoods, the waterfront, PUDs and transit-oriented developments.

#9Update on the working group's evaluation of potential changes to the land use commissions' structure and responsibilities, and development of recommendations for City Council per Resolution No. 20241212-133.
