#5Staff briefing on the Traffic Impact Analysis (TIA) process and how it relates to zoning cases, presented by the Acting Transportation Officer.

#6Commission considers approving a recommendation to City Council on how responsibilities should be divided between the Zoning and Platting Commission and the Planning Commission.

#7Update from the Codes and Ordinances Joint Committee on recommendations to the Planning Commission regarding proposed Land Development Code amendments and requests to initiate amendments.

#8Update from the Comprehensive Plan Joint Committee on recommendations to the Planning Commission about comprehensive plan amendments and implementation, including council or commission policy directives.

#9Update from the Small Area Planning Joint Committee on planning and zoning issues in areas such as downtown, corridors, neighborhoods, the waterfront, PUDs, and transit-oriented developments.

#10Update on the working group evaluating potential changes to the land use commissions' structure and responsibilities, with recommendations for City Council per Resolution No. 20241212-133.
