#3Rezoning request for 8863 Anderson Mill Road from I-RR and GR-CO to GR-CO. Staff recommends approval.

#4Conditional use permit to allow off-site accessory parking at 4109 Marathon Boulevard in the LR-ETOD-DBETOD zone. Staff recommends approval with conditions.

#5Commission discussion and action on a recommendation to City Council regarding how responsibilities should be divided between the Zoning and Platting Commission and the Planning Commission.

#6Update from the Codes and Ordinances Joint Committee on recommendations to the Planning Commission regarding proposed Land Development Code amendments and requests to initiate amendments.

#7Update from the Comprehensive Plan Joint Committee on recommendations to the Planning Commission about comprehensive plan amendments and implementation, including council or commission policy directives.

#8Update from the Small Area Planning Joint Committee on planning and zoning issues in downtown, corridors, centers, neighborhoods, the waterfront, PUDs, and transit-oriented developments.

#9Update on the working group's evaluation of potential changes to the Commission's structure and responsibilities, and development of recommendations to City Council under Resolution No. 20241212-133.
