#2Rezoning request C14-2025-0051 for the Woodward Mixed Use Flats site from MF-3 to GR-DB90 at Parker Lane and Woodward Street in District 3. The applicant has requested postponement to August 25, 2026.

#3Rezoning request for property at 1155 Chicon Street and adjacent Rosewood/Poquito addresses from CS-MU-V-CO-NP to CS-MU-V-DB90-NP. The applicant has requested postponement to September 8, 2026.

#4Rezoning request for 9807 Middle Fiskville Road from W/LO-CO-NP and CS-NP to LI-CO-NP. Staff recommends approval.

#5Site plan waiver request for the 815 W 11th Street office building to permit enclosed parking in the DMU zone without separation from the street by a pedestrian-oriented use (LDC 25-6-591.B.4). Staff recommends approval.

#7Update from the Codes and Ordinances Joint Committee on recommendations to the Planning Commission about proposed Land Development Code amendments and requests to initiate amendments.

#8Update from the Comprehensive Plan Joint Committee on recommendations to the Planning Commission regarding comprehensive plan amendments and implementation, including council or commission policy directives.

#9Update from the Joint Sustainability Committee on conservation and sustainability matters, and review of City policies relating to the Austin Community Climate Plan and Climate Equity Plan.

#10Update from the Small Area Planning Joint Committee on planning and zoning issues in areas such as downtown, corridors, neighborhoods, the waterfront, PUDs, and transit-oriented developments.

#11Update from the Urban Design Guidelines Update Working Group to the Planning Commission with recommendations on updating the city's Urban Design Guidelines.
