#3Rezoning request from CS-NP to LI-PDA-NP for properties on Airport Blvd. for the Airport and Koenig Multifamily project. Staff recommendation is pending.

#4Plan amendment request to change land use from Mobile Homes and Higher Density Single Family to Mixed Use for properties on South Congress Ave. in District 2. Staff recommends approval.

#5Rezoning request for 6111, 6113, and 6119 South Congress Ave from MH-NP to GR-DB90-NP; staff recommends GR-CO-DB90-NP instead.

#6Rezoning request for 1409, 1411 and 1413 West 6th Street from LO-NP and LR-MU-CO-NP to CS-CO-NP; staff recommends approval.

#7Request to change conditions of zoning on GR-MU-CO property at 4544 East Oltorf Street; staff does not recommend.

#8Request to terminate a restrictive covenant at 4009 Banister Lane; staff recommends approval.

#9Historic zoning case to rezone the City-owned Doris Miller Auditorium at 2300 Rosewood Avenue from P-NP to P-H-NP (historic landmark designation), initiated by the Historic Landmark Commission. Staff recommends approval.

#11Update from the Codes and Ordinances Joint Committee on recommendations to the Planning Commission regarding proposed Land Development Code amendments and requests to initiate amendments.

#12Update from the Comprehensive Plan Joint Committee on recommendations to the Planning Commission about comprehensive plan amendments and implementation, including council or commission policy directives.

#13Update from the Joint Sustainability Committee on conservation and sustainability matters, including review of City policies related to the Austin Community Climate Plan and the Austin Climate Equity Plan.

#14Update from the Small Area Planning Joint Committee on planning and zoning issues in downtown, corridors, neighborhoods, the waterfront, planned unit developments, and transit-oriented developments.

#15Update from the Urban Design Guidelines Update Working Group with recommendations to the Planning Commission on updates to the Urban Design Guidelines.
