#1Approve the minutes of the Zoning and Platting Commission regular meeting on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, and August 4, 2026.

#2Rezoning request to change conditions of zoning for two tracts (Tract 1 CS-MU-CO and Tract 2 GO-MU-CO) at 11010 ½ South Mopac Expressway Southbound in the Slaughter Creek Watershed. Staff recommends approval.

#3Environmental variance request for the Great Wave site plan at 3900 W Howard Lane to allow cut up to 20 feet (LDC 25-8-341) and fill up to 20 feet (LDC 25-8-342). Staff recommends approval with conditions.

#4Update from the Codes and Ordinances Joint Committee on recommendations to the Planning Commission regarding proposed Land Development Code amendments and requests to initiate amendments.

#5Update from the Comprehensive Plan Joint Committee on recommendations to the Planning Commission about comprehensive plan amendments and implementation, including policy directives or initiatives.

#6Update from the Small Area Planning Joint Committee on recommendations and issues surrounding planning and zoning in downtown, corridors and centers, neighborhoods, the waterfront, planned unit developments, and transit-oriented developments.

#7Update on the working group's ongoing evaluation of potential changes to the Land Use Commissions' structure and responsibilities, and development of recommendations for City Council per Resolution No. 20241212-133.
