#3Update from the Codes and Ordinances Joint Committee on recommendations to the Planning Commission regarding proposed Land Development Code amendments requiring review under Section 25-1-502 and requests to initiate amendments under Section 25-1-501.

#4Update from the Comprehensive Plan Joint Committee on recommendations to the Planning Commission regarding proposed amendments to and implementation of the Comprehensive Plan, including council or commission policy directives.

#5Update from the Small Area Planning Joint Committee on recommendations and issues related to planning and zoning in downtown, corridors, centers, neighborhoods, the waterfront, PUDs, and transit-oriented developments.

#6Update on the working group's evaluation of potential changes to the Commission's structure and responsibilities, and development of recommendations for City Council under Resolution No. 20241212-133.
