#3Rezoning request from LR-NP and SF-3-NP to CS-NP for properties at 1221 and 1219 ½ South IH-35 Service Road Northbound and 1400 Lupine Lane. Staff recommends approval.

#4Plan amendment request to change land use from Commercial to Mixed Use for properties on Airport Boulevard (Airport and Koenig Multifamily). Applicant requests postponement to October 27, 2026.

#9Conditional use permit request to allow a senior living development (Nirvana Retirement Complex) at 4720 Loyola Lane in SF-6-NP zoning. Staff recommends approval.

#13Update from the Comprehensive Plan Joint Committee on recommendations to the Planning Commission regarding comprehensive plan amendments and implementation, including council or commission policy directives.

#14Update from the Joint Sustainability Committee on conservation and sustainability matters and review of City policies related to the Austin Community Climate Plan and Climate Equity Plan, including coordination and advisory materials.

#15Update from the Small Area Planning Joint Committee on recommendations and issues about planning and zoning in downtown, corridors, neighborhoods, waterfront, PUDs, and transit-oriented developments.

#16Update from the Urban Design Guidelines Update Working Group to the Planning Commission on recommendations for updating the city's Urban Design Guidelines.

#17Update from the Dog's Head Working Group to the Planning Commission on recommendations regarding proposed development in the area bounded by the Colorado River, US 183, and SH 130.
