$90 million water-quality construction package
On April 8, 2026, Dallas City Council accepted a guaranteed maximum price of up to $90 million for Improvement Component No. 1. That supplemental amount increased the construction-manager-at-risk agreement from $4,087,120 to $94,087,120; the $90 million addition and resulting total are not separate amounts to add together.
Testing and multi-facility management work
An August 2025 action added $300,000 for construction-materials testing at Elm Fork, increasing that contract to $600,000. A separate June 2025 construction-management contract of up to $5,934,187 covered Elm Fork together with East Side, Bachman, and other Dallas water facilities, so that amount is not presented as Elm Fork-only spending.
