A 23-acre historic district in Dallas's Uptown area, designated in 1984 and established as a Special Purpose District in 1986. Contains the largest remaining collection of intact Victorian residential structures in Dallas, dating primarily to the late-1880s, including buildings in Italianate, Queen Anne, and vernacular styles. The district is mixed-use residential and commercial, bounded by Woodall Rodgers Freeway to the south and US 75 (Central Expressway) to the east.
