Authorizes application for and acceptance of a $225,500.00 U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service grant administered through Texas Parks and Wildlife Department for planning and design of an archery range at Samuell (East) Farm, including establishment of appropriations and a City cost share from the Samuell Park Exp.
