Silver Line corridor

Authorizes the City Manager to issue a Notice of Establishment for Quiet Zones along DART's Silver Line corridor at 11 railroad crossings, eliminating train horn requirements at those crossings per the Federal Railroad Administration's Final Train Horn Rule, at no cost to the City.
