Taxiway Echo Phase II

Authorizes an engineering services contract with Garver, LLC for design and construction administration for the Taxiway Echo Phase II project at Dallas Executive Airport, including extending Taxiway Echo from E2 to E3, drainage/stormwater improvements, airfield lighting, Runway Safety Area upgrades to FAA standards, and aircraft communications pathways. Contract not to exceed $1,311,300.00, financed by the Aviation Construction Fund.
