#8Resolution authorizing a Development Agreement for Subzone A of TIRZ No. 7 that would use 50% of annual tax increment revenue to levy and collect special assessments within the PID to finance public infrastructure costs reimbursed by TIRZ No. 7 for the Mirabella Development.

#9Resolution authorizing a Development Agreement for Subzone B of Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone Number 7, dedicating 50% of annual tax increment revenue to reimburse eligible public infrastructure costs for the London Proper development.

#10Motion authorizing two one-year professional service agreements (up to $125,000 each, $250,000 total) with two one-year renewal options potentially totaling $750,000, with The Cattery, Inc. and South Texas Animal Rescue Group to provide spay and neuter services for Animal Care Services, funded by the FY 2026 General Fund.

#14Resolution authorizing submission of a $900,242 grant application to the Motor Vehicle Crime Prevention Authority to continue the Police Department's Motor Vehicle Theft Unit, requiring a city cash match and in-kind match, and designating grant officials.

#15Ordinance accepting a $29,448 grant from the Texas Office of the Governor's FY 2023 State Homeland Security Program to purchase three emergency response stabilization kits for Fire Department ladder trucks, and appropriating the funds into the Fire Grants Fund.

#16Ordinance accepting a $4,000 grant from Flint Hills Resources' 2024 Helping Heroes Program to purchase Shelter-In-Place kits for the Corpus Christi - Nueces County Local Emergency Planning Committee, and appropriating the funds into the Fire Grants Fund.
