The Coopers Alley boater’s facility construction contract will go before City Council on January 27th. The haul out and office bid opens on January 28th for contractors. SR Trident has installed the intermediate piles and utilities are getting tied in this week. A couple of panels had to be custom fabricated, delaying installation by two weeks.
