Alejandro Benavides asked if Solid Waste fines people who have not yet received their ADA accomodation. Aliza Huerta stated a desire for critical information, in particular, the Water Supply Briefings, to be made more accessible. Mrs. Yankee pointed out that the Office of Emergency Management has protocols for making information accessible and, in the past, the COVID health briefings were translated to ASL and Spanish.
