Atmos Energy Corporation

Adopts an ordinance approving a negotiated settlement with Atmos Energy Corporation, Mid-Tex Division, under its 2026 Rate Review Mechanism filing, establishing the maximum rates and charges Atmos may assess Fort Worth customers effective October 1, 2026. The settlement was negotiated and recommended by the Executive Committee of the Atmos Cities Steering Committee, a coalition of 181 cities including Fort Worth.

Adoption of Atmos 2026

Authorizes a reimbursement agreement with Atmos Energy Corporation for up to $1,022,486.25 to cover the cost of relocating a gas pipeline to accommodate road widening improvements on WJ Boaz Road, funded through the 2022 Bond Program.
