Fort Worth City Council is considering a Qualified Management Agreement to transfer day-to-day operations of the 120-acre Will Rogers Memorial Center to Gendy Street Management Corporation (GSMC), a nonprofit newly formed by FWSSR, EFFW, and Trail Drive Management Corporation, with an effective date of October 1.
