Near Southside Medical District Water and Sanitary Sewer Main Improvements Projects

Authorizes a $2,026,734.45 construction contract with Stabile & Winn, Inc. for street paving and water/sewer main improvements in Council District 9, accepts $2,000,000 from the Southside TIF bringing the total program to $18,000,000, and adopts appropriation ordinances amending the Capital Improvement Program.
