Stabile & Winn, Inc.

Authorizes a $15,683,491.90 contract with Stabile & Winn, Inc. for combined street paving improvements and water/sanitary sewer main replacements under the 2022 Bond Program Year 2, Contract 7, along with appropriation ordinances and Capital Improvement Program amendments.

(CD 9) Authorize Execution of a Contract with Stabile & Winn, Inc., in the Amount of $15,683,491.90, for Combined Street Paving Improvements and Water and Sanitary Sewer Main Replacements for the 2022

Authorizes a $2,026,734.45 construction contract with Stabile & Winn, Inc. for street paving and water/sewer main improvements in Council District 9, accepts $2,000,000 from the Southside TIF bringing the total program to $18,000,000, and adopts appropriation ordinances amending the Capital Improvement Program.
