Water and Sanitary Sewer Replacement Contract 2020, WSM-M

Authorizes Change Order No. 4 in the amount of $297,494.95 and 180 additional days to a contract with Venus Construction Company, Inc. for the Water and Sanitary Sewer Replacement Contract 2020, WSM-M project, raising the contract to $10,400,495.70, and adopts an appropriation ordinance funding the change from Water and Sewer PayGo funds.

Authorizes a $12,592,547.50 construction contract with Jackson Construction, Ltd. and Amendment No. 3 in the amount of $100,000.00 to an engineering agreement with Neel-Schaffer, Inc. (City Secretary Contract No. 57029, revised to $717,272.00) for the Water and Sanitary Sewer Replacement Contract 2020 WSM-J project (City Project No. 103420) in Council District 8. Also adopts an appropriation ordinance increasing the Water and Sewer Capital Projects Fund by $13,698,960.00 from PayGo funds for Water's contribution to the FY2026-2030 Capital Improvement Program.
