#1Approves minutes from the April 7, 2026 work session and April 9, 2026 regular City Council meeting.

#2Authorize an agreement with Ion Art to create artwork for the Ross Road Substandard Streets Art in Public Places Project.

#3Authorize a contract amendment with William Tavis for artwork for the Armadillo Water Tank Art in Public Places Project, increasing the total contract authority.

#4Approve City Code amendments relocating and updating requirements for special events at certain parks, including event lists, definitions, and provisions for new events.

#5Amends an interlocal agreement with Integral Care to provide one-time funding for integrated behavioral health and primary-care services through the Homeless Health and Wellness Center program.

#24Establishes an economic development framework and directs creation of a comprehensive economic development policy, action on the Director for Austin Economic Development position, and improvements to economic development projects.

#27Authorizes eminent domain proceedings to acquire a waterline easement for Austin Water utility relocations associated with the Capital of Texas Highway/Loop 360 at Lakewood Project. The easement is currently appraised at $42,438 and is needed to accommodate Texas Department of Transportation roadway improvements.

#28Authorizes eminent domain proceedings to acquire temporary easements for the Williamson Creek - Tributary 4 Channel Stabilization Project, supporting stream stabilization and wastewater improvements. The easements are on property owned by the Housing Authority of the City of Austin.

#29The Mayor will recess the City Council meeting to conduct a Board of Directors meeting of the Austin Housing Finance Corporation, then reconvene City Council afterward. The item has no fiscal impact.

#30Conduct a public hearing and consider an ordinance amending the East Riverside Corridor Regulating Plan to remove specified properties and revise the plan boundary.

#31This agenda item has been removed and contains no substantive action.

#32Conduct a public hearing and approve a City Code Title 25 ordinance to rezone 2117 West 49th Street and 4709 Rosedale Avenue from SF-3 to MF-6-CO for multifamily development.

#33Conduct a public hearing and amend City Code Title 25 to rezone the Mayer-Howse House at 810 West 10th Street to add historic landmark zoning.

#34Conduct a public hearing and approve a rezoning ordinance to designate the Dr. O.H. and Mrs. Thelma Elliott House as a historic landmark. The request would change the property at 2207 East 22nd Street from SF-3-NP to SF-3-H-NP zoning.

#35Conduct a public hearing and approve an ordinance amending zoning conditions for the Parmer North PDA Amendment #4 properties in the Harris Branch Watershed. The request retains LI-PDA zoning while changing its conditions.

#36Public hearing and ordinance to rezone 2825 Hancock Drive from limited office (LO) to community commercial-conditional overlay (GR-CO). The applicant, staff, and Zoning and Platting Commission support the request, which has a valid opposition petition.

#37Conduct a public hearing and approve the first reading of an ordinance to rezone the South Shore PUD Addition properties from ERC Corridor Mixed Use to PUD-NP zoning.

#38Authorize an offer of judgment and payment if accepted in the federal case Glen and Mindy Shield v. City of Austin.

#39Authorizes an interlocal agreement with the Texas Department of State Health Services for mobile food vendor inspection services, beginning with a 13-month term and up to four extensions. The agreement is expected to generate operating-budget revenue for Public Health.

#40Approves initiation of a neighborhood plan amendment to consider changing the future land-use designation of specified East Riverside-area properties from Specific Regulating District to Mixed-Use.

#41Supports the application rationalization element of the One ATS initiative while requiring Council approval before any related departmental reorganizations or employee transfers proceed.

#42Discuss legal issues related to the Yogurt Shop criminal cases in a private consultation with legal counsel.
