Alderson Street

The city is authorizing acquisition of two drainage easements and a temporary construction easement from St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Parish near Alderson Street and Martel Avenue in exchange for additional storm drainage engineering design services valued up to $310,628.50, along with a Participation and Funding Agreement for the parish to fund additional construction improvements to its property.
