Authorization to acquire two drainage easements and a temporary construction easement near Alderson Street and Martel Avenue for the Alderson 3700 Storm Drainage Improvement Project from St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Parish, in exchange for engineering design services valued up to $310,628.50, along with a Participation and Funding Agreement for additional Parish-benefitting improvements to be funded by the Parish.
