The city council is considering a resolution directing the city manager to use contingency reserve funds to hire a consultant to calculate required fee contributions under the Dallas zoning code for properties at 2600 Singleton Boulevard and 7910 South Central Expressway, and then brief a council committee and schedule a vote on depositing that determined amount into the corresponding city fund.
