Schultz, Inc. dba Circle C Construction Company for the Large Diameter Pipe Bursting Contract ICAP Project Part 2 (M-468), revising the contract to $8,106,315.00, and adopt an appropriation ordinance increasing the Water & Sewer Capital Projects Fund by the same amount from PayGo funds.
