Authorizes a construction contract with Circle C Construction Company for $7,594,571.50 and Amendment No. 8 to an engineering agreement with Freese and Nichols, Inc. for $250,000 for the Lake Arlington Lift Station Force Main and Sanitary Sewer Mains Project Part 4, along with a debt reimbursement resolution and CIP appropriation ordinance.
