#(a)Approval of City Council meeting minutes for the August 10, 2026 meeting and the August 13, 2026 Budget Work Session.

#(b)Award of RFB 2026-0290-OA to Arco Contractors Supply Co. for a one-year contract with four automatic one-year renewals to supply reinforcing steel to the Public Works Department, at an estimated $100,000 annually. Authorizes the City Manager to execute all necessary documents.

#(c)Approval of the purchase of replacement ballistic equipment for Plano Fire-Rescue from Federal Eastern International, LLC through an existing BuyBoard contract.

#(d)Approval of a five-year subscription purchase of Conducted Energy Weapons and ancillary products and services for the Police Department from Axon Enterprises, Inc. through an existing BuyBoard contract.

#(e)Approval of a one-year renewal of the Rapid7 Log Management Solution for Technology Services from Solid Border, Inc. through an existing DIR contract.

#(f)Approval of a purchase from an existing contract with Capco Telecom, LLC for maintenance of the City's fiber optic cable infrastructure for Technology Solutions, with a one-year term and four optional one-year renewals.

#(g)Change Order No. 1 increasing the Tri-Con Services, Inc. contract for paving and water improvements on Monarch Drive, Charter Oak Drive, Kings Way, Queens Way, White Oak Drive and Desert Garden Drive by $136,286, for a new total of $4,080,437.

#(h)Approval of an expenditure of $339,250 for engineering professional services from Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. for the Jupiter Road Elevated Storage Tank Rehabilitation.

#(i)Approval of an expenditure for engineering professional services from Garver, LLC for Sewer Improvements at Spring Creek and Plano Parkway for the Engineering Department, with the City Manager authorized to execute documents.

#(j)Approval of an expenditure for engineering professional services from Freese and Nichols, Inc. for Chisholm Trail Erosion at San Simeon Phase 2 for the Engineering Department, with the City Manager authorized to execute documents.

#(k)Approval of an Interlocal Agreement between Plano and the City of Allen for reciprocal lending of library materials, for one year with up to five one-year renewals.

#(l)Approval of a Tender Agreement with Westfield Insurance Company and a $138,850 Completion Contract with Vernara LLC to complete Work Order No. 3 of the 2025 Arterial Pavement Maintenance contract.

#(m)Approval of an Economic Development Incentive Agreement with Krypton Solutions, LLC providing an economic development grant to the company, with the City Manager authorized to execute documents.

#(n)Approval of an Economic Development Incentive Agreement with Spiars Engineering, Inc. providing an economic development grant to the company, with the City Manager authorized to execute documents.

#(o)Resolution affirming the appointment of a board member shared with the City of Farmers Branch to the DART Board of Directors under Chapter 452 of the Texas Transportation Code.

#(p)Resolution approving the re-appointment of Dr. Mark A. Gamber, D.O., through QuestCare Medical Services, PLLC, as the City's Health Authority under Section 121.033 of the Texas Health and Safety Code.

#(q)Resolution nominating Tyler Technologies, Inc. to the Office of the Governor's Economic Development Bank for designation as a qualified business and enterprise project under the Texas Enterprise Zone Program.

#(s)Ordinance approving a negotiated settlement between the Atmos Cities Steering Committee and Atmos Energy Mid-Tex regarding the 2026 Rate Review Mechanism filing, adopting settlement tariffs and requiring the company to reimburse ratemaking expenses.

#(t)Ordinance amending the Code of Ordinances to establish no parking zones along sections of 10th Street between the DART Silver Line railroad tracks and Iron Avenue.
