The City Plan Commission (CPC) is a quasi-judicial body and advisory board of the City of Dallas that makes recommendations to City Council concerning amendments to the zoning ordinance and the granting or denial of specific use permits. The commission consists of 15 members appointed by city council members, with the chair appointed by the mayor and vice-chair by city council. All meetings are open to the public in accordance with Texas law.
